Fruity and well-rounded

Domaine De La Genestière
The Domaine de la Genestière was created in 1930, on the right bank of the Rhone, it extends its 40 hectares on the arid slopes of Haut Tavel and Coteaux de Lirac.
- Terroir: The soil is sunny and swept by the mistral. Limestone clay soil with spreading of rolled pebbles.
- Viticulture: It is at the best time that, per plot, the grapes are picked, clustered, with a selection by strain.
- Wine making: The white grapes are cooled to 10 ° C. as soon as they are received, before being crushed and then pressed. After cold settling and the introduction of selected yeasts, the alcoholic fermentation starts at a temperature maintained between 16 and 20 ° C in order to reveal the aromatic potential of the grape.
