Can I attach a message to my order ?

Yes of course. You can attach to your parcel a message card that will be offered in your order, in Step 3 (Delivery, when selecting standard or express delivery).

How can I get an invoice after my order ?

The invoices are available online on the site; about 4/5 days after the date of your order, you can view and print the desired invoice in "My Account".

I want to make a custom gift; Will the bill be inserted in the package ?

80% of our shipments are gifts, so all our packages leave gift messages with and without invoices. In addition to gifts, all our shipments are equipped with an over-protective packaging designed to withstand the physical and thermal conditions.

I want to be delivered on Saturday; is it possible ?

No, our deliveries are made Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays.

I want to be delivered on a specific day (birthday), why should I pay the Express fee ?

In the case of a delivery on the same day, the package is entrusted to Chronopost, generating an additional cost compared with standard delivery. This service is only available in France.

To enter an address in France, I cannot enter the city name, the field is blocked; what do I do ?

Entering addresses for France is equipped with an automatic validation system for Postal / City Code. You just have to enter the postal code and select one of the cities that will be displayed. In no event will you have to enter the city name yourself for addresses in France. No Cedex postal codes are accepted. Example : for LA DEFENSE: enter 92800 --- For COURTABOEUF, enter 91940 (LES ULIS).

How can I track my order ?

You will receive an email as soon as your package leaves our warehouses. This email contains a clickable link to the address of the carrier and the number of your package. You also have the possibility to go in "My Account / My purchase history" on, and display the details of your order. If no number appears, we advise you to return later because the recovery is automatic and can take some time (especially from 15/12 to 15/01); or you can contact the customer service at 0800.80.20.20

What will happen if the recipient of my order is absent during the presentation of the package by the driver ?

All your shipments are delivered by carriers, not wine merchants, and should the recipient be absent, a notice is filed with the recipient in order to resume contact with the delivery carrier, or to pick up at the nearest post office.

Can I make a single order with multiple recipients ?

No, you must place as many orders as there are recipients

I want to send bottles to several people in the same place; Why should I pay for as much shipping packages as recipients ?

Each item is personalized: gift box, accompanying card ... a consolidated shipment will not allow us to make a distinction for many people.

I want to be delivered to a country that does not appear in your delivery grid, is this possible ?

No, all our destinations are present in this grid; so we do not, for example, deliver to the US or South America

It tells me that my package returned to the Nicolas warehouses in Thiais, what can I do ?

If the package has returned to our warehouses either by the recipient's refusal either by a wrong address... you can return the parcel at your expense by paying the postage again or you can reclaim the goods by contacting SAV at 0800.80.20.20

My package arrived in poor condition (blotchy cardboard, broken bottle ...) what should I do ?

You must refuse the package or make a reservation directly with the deliveryman. Do not hesitate to contact our service at 0800.80.20.20. If the package is returned to our warehouses by customer's refusal or by wrong address... you can return the parcel at your expense by paying the postage again or reclaiming the goods.

I have in my possession a Nicolas gift card, can I use it to set an order placed on the site ?

No, Nicolas Gift Cards can only be used in store.
