Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and crisp
The nose is frank and floral, with notes of jasmine and orange blossom, followed by aromas of pear.
The attack is lively, providing tension and fine balance, followed by a long, lively, acidic finish, supported by a lovely freshness.
The finish is medium-bodied but clean, leaving a pleasant sensation on the palate.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

The Organic Shift – A natural evolution
-
With a strong commitment to the environment, the estate naturally embarked on its organic journey: since 2015, all cuvées have been Ecocert-certified.
-
All the conditions were in place to produce great wines, now enjoying undeniable success.
The cuvées are a reflection of Philippe Germain himself: authentic and full of character.
-
The terroirs of Château de la Roulerie are rich and complex, and the vineyard age is diverse, allowing for a wide range of expressions.
-
Some outstanding parcels have become standalone cuvées, such as Terrasses and Magnolia.
