Powerful bouquet

An open nose with aromas of vanilla, toast and toastiness, followed by notes of white flowers.

 

A supple, round and delicious attack, with flavours of acacia honey and toasted almond.

 

Good balance and finesse.

 

A full-bodied, mouth-watering finish, marked by notes of vanilla and brioche, with a touch of candied citrus fruit and a hint of minerality.

Features

    This cuvée is made from our best plots of Chardonnay. Average age of vines: 15 years.

     

    Harvested at maturity from plots with granite, clay and schist soils.

     

    Harvested with selective sorting on the plot.

     

    Settled for 48 hours and matured for 5 months in stainless steel vats.
