The nose is straightforward, with aromas of black fruits au gratin, mocha and sweet spices.   The attack is supple, with good balance and body, supported by supple tannins.   The character continues perfectly with the aromas on the nose, offering good persistence that is both distinctive and elegant.   The finish is of cooked prunes, offering good digestibility.

Open nose revealing a lovely, frank, fruity character with floral notes. Luscious, well-balanced and full-bodied. A clean, persistent finish.

The nose is frank and delicious, with aromas of citrus fruit, pomelo, floral notes and a touch of red berries.   The attack is supple, bringing both sweetness and freshness, followed by a long, clean, greedy finish with a tangy character.   The finish is pleasant, with hints of techno.

Silver colour with green highlights. Fine bubbles, persistent in the cordon. Open, greedy nose, with notes of elderberry syrup, white peach, candied pineapple, hint of bergamot. Attack on a fine and creamy bubble, sweetness, small tension, small body. Character on the white peach syrup. Supple finish, tension, greediness, medium persistence on white peach and elderberry, hint of sweet spices.

The nose is bold, characterised by notes of candied plum and a hint of mint, before opening up to reveal toasted spices.   The attack is full-bodied, supported by a lovely richness.   The palate develops with a full-bodied finish, displaying a bold and distinctive character, underpinned by a fine balance and hints of cocoa.   The finish is long, prolonging the aromas with intensity and richness.
