Fruity and crisp

The nose is open and frank, dominated by aromas of citrus fruit and fresh almonds, with an airy touch of orange blossom.

 

On the palate, the attack is floral, aromatic and full-bodied, with a fine finish and good balance.

 

The finish is straightforward, marked by notes of citrus fruit and sea spray, with a sapid, saline texture.

Features

    Owner and Winemaker since 1921, the Couly Dutheil family manages prestigious vineyards in the heart of the Loire Valley following the principles of sustainable farming and respect for the environment.

     

    Extremely rare, Chinon Blanc is made exclusively from the Chenin grape.

     

    Thanks to its planting and its environment on limestone soils, this cuvée, "Les Bondonnières," combines roundness, liveliness, generosity, and freshness.
