Fruity and well-rounded

The nose is clean and expressive, characterised by aromas of exotic fruits, citrus and white flowers, with a hint of acacia.

 

The attack offers a lovely sensation of richness and tension, with a harmonious balance and a certain complexity.

 

The finish is light to medium, leaving an elegant and fresh impression.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Domain and appellation

    The vineyards are situated between the Saône plain and the Mâconnais hills, on clay-limestone soils typical of Burgundy and ideal for the vines to thrive.

     

    Pneumatic pressing allows the juice to be extracted slowly and at low pressure. A final filtration gives the wine its clarity and maximum brilliance.

     

    Ageing in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats allows the wine to retain all its freshness.
