Fruity and crisp
This pale wine has interesting fragrances of mimosas, green asparagus and blackcurrant bud. In the mouth, it is well-balanced. Fruity, notes of passionfruit allying with a mineral touch are perceptible. Smoked notes are felt at the end of the tasting.
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Domain and appellation
Family farm since 1861, the nearly 9 hectare estate of is located in the heart of the Pouilly-Fumé appellation on the slopes of Saint-Andelain.
- Terroir: The vineyard rests on soils of clay with 70% flint, clay-limestone and sandy clay.
- Viticulture: The sorting of the harvest takes place at the reception in the winery.
- Vinification: Vinification by slow pressing, with juice fractionation. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control (16-18 ° C). Aging on lees for 4 to 6 months before selection and assembly of batches in February. The bottling takes place at the Domaine in April.
