Fruity and crisp
This coral-colored wine is limpid and shiny. Notes of citrus fruits are present. The attack, flexible and acidulous, is characterized by touches of grapefruit and white peach. This wine is about finesse and its finale is interesting.
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Domain and appellation
Domaine De La Grande Palliere
The estate is located in the heart of Provence, in the commune of Correns, located in the Pays de la Provence verte in the Var department.
- Terroir: Located at an altitude of 250m, the estate consists of 200 hectares including 30 hectares vineyards classified in A.O.C. Côtes de Provence. These plots of vineyards benefit from the vineyards' assets: exceptional micro climate, favorable sunshine favored by the hillside situation and a palissé style of management, as well as a very healthy clay-limestone soil.
- Viticulture: Since 1998, the wine production is engaged in organic farming, controlled by the organization ECOCERT. The absence of weed killer, fungicide or synthetic insecticide, as well as the use of organic amendments form the basis of this "organic viticulture".
