Fruity and well-rounded

A collection of fragrances reaches out to you with this straw-colored wine. Indeed, it wooded nose unveils notes of vanilla, grilled almonds and even, then, yellow fruits and incense. New flavors are to discover in mouth with toasted notes and a taste of brioche after the supple and well-balanced attack and an aroma of dried fruits featured during the finish.



Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Domain and appellation

  • Château de Martinolles

    As soon as 1544, monks elaborated sparkling wines at the Saint-Hilaire abbey. This rich inheritance has changed the story of the Château de Martinolles, the abbey’s neighbor. The vineyard extends on 80 hectares.


    • Terroir: The soil is made of limestone and clay and plots are in majority orientated to the North, peaking until 300 meters.
    • Viticulture: Harvests are done manually and each hectare has between 4 200 and 6 000 plants. A sustainable culture has been adopted to reduce the impact of the culture on the environment.
    • Wine-making: Wines are elaborated and ages in stainless steel tanks or in French or American oak barrels.
