Fruity and light

Its straw color introduces a fresh and exuberant nose of citrus zest and lemon. The palate is rounded, characterized, nervous and crisp.



Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Comprised of several different valleys -which each have their own climatic and geological characteristics-, the Central Valley is an ideal enclave protected on the east side by the Andes Mountains and on the west side by the Pacific Ocean.

    • Terroir: Stretched up to the Andes Mountains foothills on a sand, clay and decomposed granite soil, the Colchagua Valley benefits from a mediterranean climate and maritime breeze.


    • Viticulture: The vines used for this wine are historically from Saint-Emilion. The grapes are thus  sourced out from the winery’s own premium vines.


    • Vinification: After cooling off, the grapes are crushed without any maceration and age for 24 days in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 13°C.
