Fruity and crisp

The nose is open, fresh and minty, with aromas of aniseed and a hint of grapefruit.

 

The attack is tangy and crisp, with a full, fleshy finish.

 

The finish is medium-bodied, with citrus notes and a hint of iodine for freshness.
