Fruity and well-rounded

The nose is bold, characterised by aromas of red berries and pomelo, with hints of peach and apricot.

 

The attack is supple, driven by a lovely freshness and harmonious balance.

 

On the palate, it displays a bold and distinctive character, with a long, savoury finish featuring notes of pomelo and flowers.

 

The finish is good, prolonging the aromatic expression with elegance and freshness.

Features

    A typical Languedoc estate, Domaine de la Clapière is situated in the commune of Montagnac, near Pézenas.

     

    It benefits from alluvial terraces combining gravelly, well-drained areas, exposed rock and a mosaic of grape varieties.

     

    Its cool terroir, covering 38 hectares, lends tension and freshness to the estate’s wines.
