Our oenologists' opinion
Well-rounded
The nose is fruity and expressive, revealing a mature and distinctive white Rhône profile.
The attack is direct and sumptuous, characterised by notes of white fruit and underpinned by a lovely balance.
On the palate, it offers a generous and assertive texture.
The full-bodied and rich finish harmoniously rounds off the tasting experience.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

GRANDES SERRES
Grandes Serres was founded in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, amongst the rounded pebbles at the heart of this thousand-year-old vineyard, the starting point for a great wine-making adventure.
Since 2022, Romain Leroy has been at the helm of Grandes Serres, championing his unique interpretation of the AOPs with a distinctive style and a bold ambition: to establish Grandes Serres as a specialist in white wines within the Rhône region, where reds largely dominate.
