Fruity and crisp

The nose is frank and fresh, with aromas of strawberry milk and English sweets, followed by floral touches of acacia, fresh spices and white flowers.

The attack is taut, marked by fresh citrus fruit, with fine balance.

The finish is long and luscious, revealing notes of red fruit, strawberry and raspberry.

The finish is pleasantly lingering, with a touch of acidity that leaves a lovely sensation on the palate.

Features

Body The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Négrette is one of the finest grape varieties from South-West France for producing rosé wines.

It is in fact one of the least acidic red grapes in the region, resulting in soft rosé wines that still carry the oceanic freshness of our terroirs.
