Powerful bouquet

Straw colour with silvery green tints. Nose with mineral notes, toasted bread notes. Balanced, medium body, medium bubbles. Quince paste and peppermint character. Straightforward finish but not on the freshness.

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

With a constant temperature and humidity levels, the troglodyte caves offer an ideal environment for sparkling wines. The suspended doors of the troglodyte habitations will also catch the attention of those traveling along the Loire wine road.

Domain and appellation

    To manufacture its crémant, the maison Langlois-Château selects carefully the grapes amongst its wine-growers partners. It doesn’t use musts or clear wines.


    • Viticulture: Harvests are done manually.
    • Wine-making: An automatic pressing is carried out immediately after the harvest (150 kg of grapes make 100L of juice). The aging lasts for at least 12 months, on dregs, inside cellars made of tuffeau stone.
