Fruity and well-rounded

The nose is open, fresh and distinctive, revealing aromas of almond, lemon and iodine notes.

The attack, carried by fine, creamy bubbles, combines tension, balance and a sapid character with white fruit.

The finish is clean and mineral, offering beautiful balance and medium length, with plenty of freshness.

Crafted from a rigorous parcel selection and organically grown grapes, this Crémant showcases the purity of its terroir.

Winemaking: Vinified in stainless steel vats using the traditional method and without malolactic fermentation, it is then aged for at least 18 months on lees, gaining finesse and complexity.
