Powerful bouquet

The straightforward nose opens with fresh pear, juicy yellow fruit and a hint of sourdough, almost baker's, giving it a rustic, gourmet authenticity.

 

Notes of citrus fruit underline the freshness of the profile. On the palate, the attack is supple, carried by a fine, lively, well-integrated effervescence that adds lightness.

 

A hint of sweetness coats the aromas, without weighing them down, before giving way to a long finish, evoking fresh walnuts and warm bread.

 

The wine lingers well, with notes of ripe fruit and sourdough, soft but taut, like a wine between nature and precision, with a beauty that is disarmingly simple.
