Fruity and crisp
Freshness and temper are to be discovered with this gold wine that releases a mineral nose recalling quince paste. Well-balanced, it unveils ,in the mouth, a sweet side that counterbalances its mineral side, resulting in a refreshing but also greedy wine.

- Terroir: This area of 16 hectares is based on silty clay soil. The wine comes from a single plot located at a place called "Les grenouilles" in Vernou-sur-Brenne.
- Vinification: The fermentation vats are used before maturing for minimum 12 months on slats.
