Fruity and crisp

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Maison Joseph DrouhinFounded in Beaune in 1880, the Maison Joseph Drouhin is managed by the fourth generation today. Terroir: This 73-hectare domaine is one of the largest in the region: Chablis (38 hectares), Côte de Nuits et Côte de Beaune (32 hectares), Côte Chalonnaise (3 hectares), including a majority of Grands Crus and Premiers Crus. For this Côte de Beaune, Joseph Drouhin has retained painstakingly selected grapes from a few villages. Viticulture: The Maison Joseph Drouhin also buys grapes and wines from partner suppliers.
