Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and crisp
A clean nose of white-fleshed fruit and citrus, opening up to floral notes.
On the palate, it is supple, fresh and well-balanced, with delicious pear flavours, a clean finish and medium length.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

JEAN-MARC BROCARD
Located in the heart of the Chablis wine region, this family-owned estate was founded in 1973 by Jean-Marc Brocard, who has since been joined by his son Julien.
The estate spans nearly 200 hectares, 66 of which are certified organic.
Precision, intensity, and freshness define the Brocard signature—a unique style found in each of the estate’s wines, including Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru, which are exported to nearly 50 countries.
