Fruity and crisp

Pale colour with silvery green tints, nice fresh and frank nose of white flowers, fresh notes of menthol, star anise, nice balance on a medium body, freshness with an attack without heaviness. A long, fresh and tasty finish.

Features

    SITUATION: Beblenheim
    SOIL NATURE: Stony, sandy-marl limestone. HARVESTING: Traditional with selection of grapes at the grape-picker. VINIFICATION: Traditional in white with temperature control on clear juices then maturing for a few months in vats and 1 to 2 months in the bottle in our cellars. TASTING: Pale yellow colour with golden highlights. Nose with mineral and fruity notes, very fresh mouth evolving towards a complex fruity register and finishing in an ideally melted structure. FOOD PAIRING
    WINES: Sauerkraut, pie, grilled fish, fresh cheese.
