Fruity and crisp

Pale straw yellow with golden highlights. Open nose with notes of pomelo, pineapple and white flowers, frank and fresh. Tart, greedy attack, good balance, tension, fruit. White fruit and citrus character. Sappy finish with notes of pomelo and wisteria, medium persistence with mineral and crisp notes, hint of sweetness, lovely freshness.

Features

    The vineyards are located on the banks of the Etang de Thau, between the garrigue and the sea. The Mediterranean climate limits daily temperature variations. The sea breeze limits the rise in temperature during the day, while the mass of water in the lake acts as a thermal buffer, slowing the fall in temperature at night.
