Fruity and crisp

Pale yellow colour with pale green highlights, clear and brilliant. Open nose with notes of lime blossom, verbena and fern. The attack is dominated by a co2, followed by notes of candied lime and linden. Ample, crisp and thirst-quenching. Sapid finish, beautiful minerality, good length on notes of lime blossom and verbena, saline and crisp.
