Fruity and well-rounded

Black colour with garnet highlights. Closed nose, to be opened. On fresh spices, blackcurrant. Then opens up to candied red fruits. Aromas of garrigue, thyme. Supple attack of the body of the tension. Frank and fruity length, on blackcurrant, red fruits. Good balance. Frank and persistent finish.

Features

    VINIFICATION: Traditional in concrete vats, long maceration of 6 weeks with regular pumping over. Slow extraction of aromas and colour.
