Fruity and light

Pale yellow with white gold highlights. Lovely, open, greedy nose of acacia flowers, white peaches, fresh menthol notes, frank and straightforward. Well-balanced, acidic, greedy attack with a little finesse. Character of fresh, stewed white fruit, followed by passion fruit coulis and a hint of honey. Attractive, fleshy finish, good sugar/acidity balance, hint of white pepper.
