Fruity and crisp

Its pale color with green highlights offers a fresh nose of hawthorn, menthol and mineral. On the palate, this wine is balanced, nervous, mineral and tense.

Domain and appellation

  • Domaine William Fèvre

    Founded in 1959 by William Fèvre, the estate was bought by Bouchard Père & Fils in 1998. The vineyard consists of 48 hectares of which nearly 16 are classified as Premier Cru and 15 as Grand Cru.


    • Terroir: The vines are based on a stony, clay and limestone soil.


    • Viticulture: The vines are harvested according to the practices of organic farming. The har-vest is manual.


    • Vinification: Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation precedes maturing for 10 to 15 months (including 4-6 months on fine lees) in oak barrels (40-50%) and stainless steel vats.
