Fruity and crisp

The nose is frank and open, expressing aromas of exotic fruits and boxwood, accompanied by mineral, iodine notes reminiscent of oyster shells, creating a very distinctive profile.

The attack is supple, carried by a beautiful balance and lovely tension.
The palate is frank and mineral, revealing notes of pear syrup and a beautiful sapidity.

The finish is tense and precise, stretching out on flint, with medium persistence and elegant freshness.

A perfect harmony between stone and light, creating the illusion of a jewel set within its green sanctuary.

Within this serene atmosphere, the history of the residence echoes that of the region itself. Indeed, along the historic route linking Bordeaux and Toulouse, it once served as a stopover for shoeing horses.

The era when the farrier presided over these grounds still resonates, not only in the name of the château, but also in the passion of today’s owners for the art of fine craftsmanship.
