Powerful bouquet

Pale green colour with green highlights, clear and brilliant. Open, mineral, vanilla nose, with notes of gunflint, roasted almonds, grey pepper and vanilla. Full-bodied, typical, balanced attack, both acidic and fleshy. The finish is sapid, ample, quite typical, with white flowers and minerality, and a hint of lemon.

    Created in 1923, the Chablisienne cooperative now covers 25% of the Chablis vineyard with more than 300 winegrowers. Terroir: Spread over 1175 hectares, the Chablisienne vineyards are located on Kimmeridgian soils with alternating marl and marly limestone with small oyster deposits. The parcels are generally exposed to the south-east, south and south-west with a mosaic of different climates. Viticulture: The cooperative has the particularity of harvesting the grapes in the form of must in order to immediately evaluate the quality of the different plots.
