Domain and appellation
Cave des producteurs de Jurançon
Founded in 1949, the Cave des Producteurs de Jurançon has 300 viticultures with 750 hectares of vineyards located in Jurancon Béarn AOC appellations.
- Viticulture: The wine is made from Petit Manseng from old vines, harvested by selective pickings when the grapes are overripe. This traditional method of late harvest promotes great aromatic concentration with a degree of natural alcohol.
- Vinification: Fermentation with controlled temperatures precedes eight months in stainless steel tanks and 12 months in oak barrels.
