Fruity and well-rounded

With its dark purple color, this wine offers you a frank nose of lilac, gratin of black fruits, notes of cherry syrup and a spicy touch. On the palate, it presents a good balance, quite fleshy, good envelope, nice fruity, finish that goes towards spices of garrigue, rosemary, thyme, finish on ripe tannins.



Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Domain and appellation


    The estate is located in the heart of Provence, in the commune of Correns, in the Pays de la Provence verte in the Var department.

        Terroir: Situated at an altitude of 250m, the estate consists of 200 hectares of which 30 are classified as A.O.C. Côtes de Provence. These plots of vines benefit from the qualities of the vineyard: an exceptional microclimate, an advantageous amount of sunshine favoured by the location on the slopes and a trellised management method, as well as a very healthy clay-limestone soil.

        Viticulture: Since 1998, wine production jas been committed to organic agriculture, controlled by the organization ECOCERT. The absence of synthetic weed killers, fungicides or insecticides, as well as the use of organic amendments are the basis of this "organic viticulture".
