Fruity and crisp

Pale coral colour with salmon reflection, quite sustained, limpid and shiny, little effervecence at serving; open, aromatic nose on notes of tagada strawberries, pink grapefruit and acidic sweets; supple attack with tension and fruit, sapid, modern and frank; balanced finish.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

A delicate peachy pink colour, offering fruity aromas of white peach, strawberry and pear, with a hint of orange and rose jam. Generous on the palate, its balanced and refreshing acidity makes this rosé perfect for enjoying at a picnic or on the beach.

    In the heart of the Var department, Domaine Mirabeau is located in the recent Notre Dame des Anges sub-appellation, part of the AOC Côte de Provence. The 20 hectares of the estate include 14 hectares of vines (mainly grenache, cinsault and rolle) which benefit from a Mediterranean climate with hot summers, optimal sunshine and an east wind.
