Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

MINUTY
Minuty M embodies the diversity and richness of Provence. A cuvée that generously reveals the diversity and beauty of the terroirs of the Côtes de Provence appellation; from the coast to the inland regions, right up to the foothills of Sainte-Victoire Mountain.
Crafted to Minuty’s exacting standards, M embodies the art of masterful blending, where each terroir finds its rightful place and contributes to the harmony of the whole.
Its iconic bottle, known as the ‘corset flute’, designed in the 1960s by Monique Farnet, mother of Jean-Étienne and François Matton, the second generation of the family, has become a symbol of Provence’s wine-growing region.
Revolutionary for its time, it has been adopted throughout the region and bears witness to the pioneering role of the Matton-Farnet family in the history of Provence wines.
