Fruity and well-rounded

This ruby-colored wine will give you the opportunity to discover lots of fragrances at nose. In mouth, well-balanced, it is also full-bodied. A black fruits aroma brings temper and personality while a vanilla note softens the whole.

    The Tarin castle is located in the village of Cazaugitat, in the south-west of France, 48 kms away from Bordeaux. This village's nickname is the Eden garden. It only has 255 inhabitants. The domain is located between the Garonne river and the Dordogne river.

    • Terroir: The domain extends on 40 hectares. It is a gravelly soil.
    • Viticulture: In the domain are cultivated different grape varieties such as the Merlot, the Cabernet Franc and the Cabernet Sauvignon.
    • Wine-making: This wine ferments following a traditional method, inside stainless steel tanks. This step lasts between 12 and 21 days.
