Fruity and well-rounded

Straw-coloured with green highlights. Floral nose with almond, apricot and peach notes. Opens on buttery notes. Full-bodied attack, full-bodied and fleshy. Frank length on yellow fruit and fresh almonds. Good length, tension and balance. Frank character. Good persistence.

    Since the 11th century, Mas du Novi, a former dependency of Valmagne Abbey, has been producing wine on one of the most beautiful and exceptional terroirs in the Languedoc, on the last foothills of the Cevennes, facing the Mediterranean at an altitude of 150 metres. Today, this estate of 42 hectares of organically-farmed vines, surrounded by 60 hectares of woodland and garrigue, is a benchmark in Languedoc Grès de Montpellier and Igp Oc. 100% Chardonnay, aged in stainless steel vats for 4 to 6 months.
