Powerful bouquet

Garnet colour with purple highlights. Frank nose with aromas of herbs, wood and vanilla notes. Opens with aromas of roasted black fruit and candied plum. Fleshy attack, full and enveloping. Good balance. Frank length, good persistence. Sappy finish.

Features

MAS DU SILENE

It is said that long before Greek civilisation, Silenes were deities of the fields. The estate owes its name to the discovery of a clay seal dating from antiquity and representing a Silenus head. The Grés de Montpellier extends from the east to the west of Montpellier, and is bordered by the Hérault valley to the west, the Pic Saint Loup region to the north, the Vidourle valley to the east and the coastline to the south
