Domain and appellation

    Located between the wine-growing regions of the Nantes area and Anjou, the Les Vignerons de la Noëlle cooperative winery comprises 90 winegrowers covering over 730 hectares. It produces mainly AOC wines.

     

    Terroir: The grapes harvested for this Coteaux du Layon come from the Nantes vineyards, with a predominance of grapes from the Atlantic West.

     

    Viticulture: As part of the Terrena group, all the cooperative’s winegrowers are committed to sustainable viticultural practices, implementing integrated viticulture.

     

    The harvest is carried out in successive phases so as to pick only the fully ripe bunches.

     

    Vinification: Vinified at low temperatures (12° to 14°C), these wines ferment slowly to preserve and highlight all the fruit’s aromas.
