Fruity and well-rounded

The nose is open, distinctive and delicious, with bewitching notes of lychee, rose, candied mango and passion fruit.

 

Generous, round, full-bodied attack of exotic fruit, enhanced by subtle touches of white pepper and a hint of yuzu.

 

Lovely character.

 

The finish is sapid and greedy, punctuated by notes of ginger and a light, refreshing bitterness.

 

Very good persistence for a remarkable batch.

Caractéristiques

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
