FERMENCE PINOT NOIR SANS ALCOOL
Night harvesting preserves the freshness and quality of the grapes.
Following destemming and crushing, a hot maceration (60°C for 6 hours) extracts aromas and tannins.
Fermentation is carried out using our natural starter of indigenous yeasts.
After filtration, Fermence is pasteurised and bottled, resulting in a structured, tannic wine with a controlled balance, offering a harmonious and elegant tasting experience.
