FERMENCE CHARDONNAY SANS ALCOOL

This Chardonnay is harvested at night to preserve the freshness of the berries.


Following destemming and crushing, the grapes undergo a cold maceration at 3°C for 12 hours, enhancing aroma extraction.


The must is then pressed, before fermenting with a natural starter composed of indigenous yeasts and lactic acid bacteria.


After filtration, the wine is pasteurised and bottled.
