Our oenologists' opinion
Fruity and crisp
The nose is frank, fresh and expressive, opening with fresh citrus fruits and lemon juice, accompanied by notes of boxwood, grapefruit and a touch of mango, in a style that is both rich and dynamic.
The attack is tense, carried by a beautiful balance.
The palate is frank and precise, developing a lemony character on the zest, with a hint of sapid bitterness and a well-integrated mineral touch.
The finish, taut and sapid, confirms a clean, distinctive and refreshing profile.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

DOMAINE COMPLICES DE LOIRE
Since 2010, Maison Complices de Loire has been producing authentic wines from the renowned appellations of the Loire Valley, from Pouilly-Fumé to Saumur, using organic and sustainable farming practices.
Vinified both in oak barrels and in tanks, the various single-parcel cuvées express generous body and vibrant fruit, while perpetuating the spirit of the great Loire red and white wines.
This 3-hectare parcel, located at the lieu-dit Le Carroir des Minettes, lies on clay-limestone soils which bring structure and depth to the wine. These soils reveal distinctive exotic aromas, supported by an elegant and well-balanced texture.
With vines averaging 35 years of age, the wine gains maturity, complexity and character, resulting in a profile that is structured, harmonious and full of personality.
