Our oenologists' opinion

Fruity and well-rounded

Colourless with silvery tints, almost crystalline.

The nose is frank and delicate, evoking a fresh floral bouquet mingled with citrus zest and a subtle hint of clover.

The supple attack reveals a lovely roundness, perfectly balanced.

The lingering finish is straightforward, carried by zesty notes, and the aromatic finish stretches elegantly over fresh, light flowers.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

Domain and appellation

  • SOYOMBO

Soyombo is more than just a vodka — it is a symbol of nomadic heritage and the first choice at ceremonial gatherings.

Bearing the sacred Soyombo symbol, a self-created script by the revered Undur Gegeen Zanabazar — often hailed as the Michelangelo of the East — this vodka is a legacy of artistry and tradition.

Carved into each bottle, the Soyombo script reflects a deep cultural identity, while its exceptionally smooth taste sets it apart as a vodka of rare quality.

As the leading vodka brand in Mongolia, Soyombo stands as the ultimate choice of nomads, embodying both ancestral pride and refined craftsmanship.
