    Maison Joseph Mellot ensures the continuity of Domaine Pierre Duret.

     

    Located in Quincy, the birthplace of Sauvignon Blanc, it is one of the first Loire Valley appellations to receive Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée status.

    • Harvest: mechanical

     

    • Pressing: direct, using a pneumatic press with juice selection

     

    • Settling: cold

     

    • Fermentation: in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks

     

    • Ageing: on fine lees in stainless steel tanks
