Fruity and well-rounded

Crimson colour. Straightforward gamay nose, with fresh red fruit and hints of spice. Supple, well-balanced attack. Frank, greedy length. Character of candied red fruit. Good length, good persistence, a delicious, tasty and sapid wine.

Features

Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.

Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.

Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.

Tannins ? Coming from stems, grape pips and their storage barrels, the tannin gives structure to red wines only.

    The vines are on average over 30 years old, with a planting density of between 7,500 and 9,000 vines per hectare. Traditional vinification using grapes grown without pesticide residues. A wine that's soft, rich and fruity The estate's vision is to produce quality wines with strict respect for the land and the environment. To this end, we favour integrated farming techniques, which have enabled our small-scale estate to be awarded High Environmental Value certification.
