With an ancestral know-how shared by 12 generations, the Muré family has been able to evolve with the times. Terroir: Situated in Rouffach, the vineyard lies on clay-limestone soil. Viticulture: The average age of the vines used for this Crémant d'Alsace is 20 years. Only completely healthy grapes are used for this sparkling wine. Vinification: Without crushing or destemming, the grapes are entirely pressed and fermented in casks for 12 months on fine lees with stirring of the lees before a second fermentation on slats in the bottle.
