Fruity and well-rounded
Its bright straw color announces an open nose with a bouquet of smoky notes and citrus zests. The wine is balanced, straight, round and plain with a unique signature. The finish is tensed with a hint of minerality and buttery bubbles. A success.

Established through an ancestral savoir-faire shared by 12 generations, the Muré family knows how to keep up with new trends. The domain particularly stands out through the use of cutting edge biodynamic practices.
- Terroir: Located in Rouffach, the vineyard lays on a clay-limestone soil.
- Viticulture: The vines’ average age is 20 years old. Only the grapes that are fully healthy are utilized for this sparkling wines.
- Vinification: Without being crushed or destemmed, the grapes are fully pressed. They ferment in foudre on the lies with stirring (or bâtonnage) for 12 months prior to a second fermentation on racks.
