Powerful bouquet

Brilliant golden yellow colour. Fine, regular and persistent bubbles. Lovely bouquet of yellow fruits, grilled almonds, gingerbread, fresh minty hint. Beautiful balance on a vinous, frank champagne with a nice character, notes of roasting, mocha, fairly light dosage. Creamy bubbles. Good persistent length with a touch of minerality. A 'versatile' champagne that can be enjoyed with a meal but also as an aperitif.
