Powerful bouquet

Fine, regular and persistent bubbles.

 

Lovely bouquet of yellow fruit, toasted almonds and gingerbread, with a fresh hint of menthol.

 

A well-balanced, vinous champagne, frank with a lovely signature character, notes of roasting and mocha, fairly light dosage.

 

Creamy bubbles.

 

Good lingering finish with a hint of minerality.

 

A ‘versatile’ champagne that can be enjoyed with a meal or as an aperitif.

Caractéristiques

    The Champagne De Saint-Gall is the result of a union of 15 cooperatives, bringing together more than 2,000 cooperative winegrowers.

     

    The vineyard spans over 1,400 hectares, with 90% located in Grand and Premier Cru terroirs.

     

    This qualitative supply, combined with the passion of the members and our expertise, ensures, year after year, a pure and elegant style that can be found in our cuvées.
