Fruity and well-rounded
Straw colour with green tints, nose to be opened which evolves towards mint and pineapple. Good balance, fairly fine bubbles, chalky hint, character with notes of fresh spices, mineral hint, small bitterness.

Features
Body ? The body is the way a wine feels inside the mouth. Several factors, such as the alcohol content and the presence of tannins, contribute to the feel of the wine.
Freshness ? The freshness of a wine is defined by its level of acidity. Unlike rounded wines, fresh wines are easy to drink, and are more lively. Acidity plays a necessary part in a wine's structure.
Aging ? All wines do not have the same aging potential. Some are supposed to be consumed at a young age while others must be kept for longer periods of time.
Do you know ?
The Crémant de Bordeaux can only be made from a Bordeaux appellation of origin.

Celene
Celene has been specialized since its creation in 1947 in the production of sparkling wines. Located in Haux, in the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers, it owes its specificity to its underground cellars dug in the 16th century in the limestone rock of the right bank of the Garonne.
