Well-rounded

Its straw colour reveals a lovely bouquet, combining aromas of hazelnut and biscuit.

On the palate, this wine of character stands out for its fine balance and depth.

It is full-bodied and ample, enriched by mineral notes.

Domain and appellation

BOLLINGER
Fondée en 1829, la prestigieuse Maison Bollinger est née de l'association de 3 hommes : Athanase Louis Emmanuel Hennequin - comte de Villermont, Jacques Joseph Bollinger et Paul Renaudin. La dénomination "Special Cuvée" de la Maison Bollinger existe depuis 1911.
- Terroir : Situé à Aÿ, point convergent des 3 régions du terroir champenois (la Montagne de Reims, la Vallée de la Marne et la Côte des Blancs), ce domaine de 160 hectares repose sur des sols argilo-calcaires, de graviers et de craies.
- Viticulture : Le vignoble couvre 2/3 de ses besoins en raisin. Soucieuse de l’environnement, la Maison Bollinger est la toute première maison à obtenir en 2014, la nouvelle certification "Viticulture Durable en Champagne".
- Vinification : La "Spécial Cuvée" est légèrement dosée et vieillie en cave au minimum 3 ans. Ce vieillissement, bien plus long que ne l'exigent les règles de l'appellation, permet un parfait épanouissement des arômes.
