Fruity and crisp
Pale yellow colour with a white gold sheen, limpid, shiny and crystalline. Open nose with hints of lime blossom, juniper, hints of gentian and lime zest. Supple attack, tension, full, lovely notes of fennel, aniseed and lime blossom. Sapid, crisp and mineral finish.

Domain and appellation
Château Roquetaillade Le Bernet
Founded in the 14th century by the family of the first Pope of Avignon, Clement V, Château de Roquetaillade Le Bernet now belongs to the Guignard brothers, respectively an agricultural engineer, an oenologist and a quality engineer.
- Terroir: Situated at 113 metres above the Brion valley, the vineyard stretches over clay and gravel soil.
- Vinification: An 18-hour skin contact maceration precedes maturation on fine lees.
